The Keep Moving Program, a part of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Mass in Motion initiative, improves the lives of people over age 50 by promoting physical activity to help prevent and postpone chronic disease, build healthy bodies and minds, and keep individuals connected. Currently, there are 166 Keep Moving walking clubs in Massachusetts. “It’s good for the heart and the soles.”
