Healthy Hydration? Think Fruit Water

Make a pitcher of refreshing fruit-flavored water.

Pineapple—just plain pineapple—is our favorite, but of course you could use strawberries, kiwi, melon, lemon, or any fruit you like—and you can even add herbs, such as mint or rosemary!
