With the Holiday Season approaching the times of joy and celebration can bring some stress and hectic moments in our lives. This is when it is most important that all of us practice self-preservation skills. The link below is a monthly wellness newsletter that offers quick and spot on advice on how to recognize signs of holiday stress and how to cope with it.
I pulled out these 2 tips that will help you and your family keep your stress levels down: 1) get regular exercise. If you can’t find a 30-minute chunk of time for exercise, break it up into three 10-minute sessions spread through the day. 2) drink plenty of water or try herb tea or seltzer.
